An Art Deco sculpture group by Jules-Edmund Masson (1871-1932) depicting two Greyhounds on a rocky base, the female drinking from a small pool whilst the male dog stands erect. White art metal with a bronze patinated finish. Set over a limestone base. Stamped plaque to base reading 'J.E. Masson Madaille D'or Salon de Artistes, Francais - Edition Max-Le Verrier Paris'. Noting that this sculpture won a gold medal at the Salon des Artistes Francais. Excellent Original Condition.
