Delivery & Returns
- Free shipping, packing and insurance on all smaller items to mainland UK and Europe.
- Free delivery on larger items to London and the South East.
- For items which require delivery Worldwide (outside of London, the South East and Europe) please select this option at checkout and we will contact you with a delivery/shipping quote.
- Delivery - Shipping is not included in the price of this product, if you require this item to be delivered to you please select this option and we will contact you with a shipping quote.
- If you would like to arrange your own shippers, just let us know at the time of purchase
- Alternatively, you are very welcome to collect your purchase by appointment, from our shop in East Sussex, UK.
- All payments to be made in £GBP
- You will be responsible for the payment of any local import duties on receipt of your purchase.
We do our best to ensure that our products are carefully wrapped, but we do have to rely on third party companies to deliver your goods and breakages, although rare, can unfortunately happen from time to time.
If you receive a damaged item from us, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please contact us immediately to inform us quoting your order number and attaching photographs of any damage.
Refunds and Exchanges
We hope you are happy with your purchase. Should you have any issues with posted items, however, do please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will do our best to help you.
We are able to refund to the card or PayPal account used to purchase your goods. This usually takes up to 14 days from receipt.
Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you return items with a tracked and insured service from the Post Office as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse.
Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
Furniture viewed and purchased in person at our shop or at a fair is non returnable unless otherwise agreed with the seller.
For furniture purchased from our online store, please call us within 7 days of delivery to discuss the return of furniture as we cannot accept the return of items that have been used or damaged since we delivered them.
There will be a charge for collection, unless the item is faulty.
Once goods are accepted from our driver, no responsibility can be taken by Jeroen Markies for any loss or damage whatsoever.
