Bacchante, a cold painted, gilt bronze sculpture. Depicting a bare breasted maiden in active dance pose holding aloft a thyrsus (a staff covered, or tipped in ornamentation carried by Bacchus and his followers). Set onto a stepped marble plinth. Signed Le Faguays and marked Etling Paris to marble.
