Summer, an Art Deco Bronze sculpture by Demétre Chiparus. Also known as Nu allongé dans les blés (Lying nude in the Wheat) depicts a woman lying nude amongst the summer wheat. Excellent original green patination with fine hand chased detail. Signed 'Chiparus' to bronze, and stamped 'Etling Paris'. Set over a black marble base.
