Sherree Valentine-Daines was born in Effingham, Surrey in 1956 and graduated from Epsom School of Art in 1980. After completing her studies, Valentine-Daines quickly earned several honours, including the Young Artist of the Year Award from the Royal Society. Her career subsequently took off as art enthusiasts were drawn to her impressionistic paintings, known for their delicate and elegant figural representations. High-profile commissions followed from celebrities like Lord Sebastian Coe, Michael Parkinson, and from sports teams including the England Rugby and Cricket teams, as well as from distinguished members of the Royal Family.
Valentine-Daines has held numerous successful exhibitions at prestigious venues such as the Tate Gallery, the Barbican, and various Royal Societies and Institutes dedicated to British and watercolour arts. Today, she is recognised as one of Britain's most prominent and collectible artists, with her works preserved in private and major institutions worldwide.
